At Metta India, we take pride in crafting premium luxury metal furniture with precision and high-quality materials. Since many of our products are made-to-order or customized, our refund and cancellation terms are structured accordingly.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Production
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any cancellation charges.
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has already started.
1.2 Customized / Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Advance payments for customized products are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
2.1 Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defective
- Incorrect product delivered
You must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and videos of the product and packaging
- Keep original packaging intact for inspection
After verification:
- We will offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, if replacement is not possible.
2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
- Natural texture variations in metal finishes
- Damage caused after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
3. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of approved damage or defect claims.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping will be arranged by Metta India only after approval.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer after receiving bank details.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
